At CELESTE (operated by Sun Teame Pte Ltd), we stand behind the quality of our swimwear. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
✓ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
✓ Original packaging (dust bags, gift boxes) must be included.
✓ Proof of purchase (order number/email) is required.
✗ Final Sale items (marked at checkout) cannot be returned.
Email Us: Contact returns@celestewear.store within 30 days to request a prepaid return label.
Include your order number and reason for return.
Ship Back: Pack items securely and attach the provided label.
Return Fee: A $20 deduction will be applied to your refund to cover shipping and processing.
Wait for Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we approve your return.
The $20 return fee and original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
For lost/damaged returns, we recommend using tracked shipping (we’re not responsible for pre-receipt issues).
Prefer a different size or color? Email support@celestewear.store before returning your item. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale” at checkout cannot be returned.
Returns that don’t meet our resale standards are responsibly recycled or donated to women’s shelters in Singapore.
