If you need to make a return: ✧ 30-Day Window: Return unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of delivery ✧ Original Condition: Items must be in resellable condition with original packaging ✧ Easy Process: Start your return - email returns@celestewear.store for a prepaid label ($20 return fee deducted from refund) Refund Details: Processed within 5 business days of receipt Original payment method only Final Sale items marked clearly at checkout Need Help? How do I request a refund?
At CELESTE, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to request a refund: Start Your Return: Email returns@celestewear.store within 30 days of delivery to receive a prepaid return label ($20 return fee will be deducted from your refund). Ship It Back: Send back your unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached and in original packaging. Refund Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and issue your refund via the original payment method within 5 business days. ⚠️ Please Note: Final Sale items (marked at checkout) cannot be refunded.
