Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Timeframe

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided your items have not yet entered the shipping process.

2. How to Request Cancellation

Email: Send your request to support@celestewear.store with:

✓ Order number
✓ Full name
✓ Reason for cancellation

Response Time: We’ll confirm cancellation within 12–24 hours (Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM SGT).

3. Successful Cancellations

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • You’ll receive email confirmation once processed.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Once your order status changes to “Processing” or “Shipped”, cancellations are no longer possible. In this case:

  • You may refuse delivery (unopened packages will be returned to us).
  • Follow our Return Policy after receiving the items.

5. Custom/Promo Items

Orders with:

✗ Made-to-measure swimwear
✗ Final sale or promotional discounts
Cannot be cancelled after placement.
